Cancellation Policy

General Bookings
Please note all cancellations (except block bookings) within 48 hours of the rehearsal will be charged in full, this also applies to any hire equipement booked.
No exceptions to the rule.

Block Bookings
Please note all Block Booking cancellations within 72 hours of the rehearsal will be charged in full, this also applies to any hire equipement booked.
No exceptions to the rule.

Please note: No bookings are provisional, only definate, therefore need to be cancelled by phone or email within the given time.

Cancellations can be notified by Telephone, Telephone Answer Machine or Email
